All magazine sales (digital and print) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on magazines once an order has been placed. Refunds will only be considered in the event of an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

Once a magazine has been shipped or delivered digitally, the order is considered complete.

For magazines being shipped to correctional facilities, the following information must be included:

• Inmate’s full legal name

• Inmate identification number

• Correct facility name

• Complete facility mailing address

• Any additional mailing requirements required by the facility

Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in the order being refused or returned.
